• Order Processing
    • We endeavour to process the orders on the day it received and after payment has been made before 2pm on business days(Monday-Friday).
    • Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays will be processed on the following business day. While we aim to process and ship your order as quickly as possible, processing time may be increased occasionally when there are especially heavy demands and holiday dates.
    • You will be sent an email and tracking number once your order has been post out.
    • Delivery times range from within 3-5 working days to 7-14 working days, depending on location.
    • Delivery is only available for Malaysia and the courier service is provided by Pos Laju Malaysia. However, for outside Malaysia, kindly inform us and we shall provide the cost via paypal. Email us at admin@mismis.com.my.
  • Shipping Address
      • Do take note that we do not ship to Post Office box and that shipping address cannot be changed once order(s) has been shipped.
  • Delivery Area and Courier Service
  • Customs and import chargesDepending on the value of your order and the destination country, you may be charged import or customs charges. These charges are imposed by the destination country and we are not able to control or estimate any applicable fees or charges. Any applicable charges are the responsibility of the person receiving the parcel, and are not included in the cost of delivery. Please check with your country’s customs service if you need more informationn.
  • Missing Delivery
  • Please do email us at admin@mismis.com.my if you have not received your item within the suggested timeframe.
  • We will follow-up with the courier service and will keep you informed of the issue progress and if appropriate, we will deliver you a replacement.
