We use polyphenol cocoa tannin to inhibit bacteria in the oral cavity and remineralize our teeth. Besides that, we use cocoa oil for aroma and cocoa butter to enhance the antibacterial property and to soothe the gum.

Absolutely not. Our products are made up of 99.9% natural ingredients.
We understand, but we are not opposed to it; however, as an alternative, we offer natural ingredients with properties similar to fluoride. The most important thing is that every adult and child must visit the dentist at least once every six months, and during that time, the dentist will always recommend that you use fluoride on your teeth.
Our pick is the Cocoa Mint Natural Toothpaste. However, if you are experiencing pain or have bloated gums, you should still see your dentist. Any toothpaste on the market will only help to relieve pain, not heal it. A visit to the dentist on a regular basis is advised!

If you aren’t absolutely100% in love with Mismis, we’ll refund your first order. Within 3 months after the order date, you are eligible for a refund.
Of course! However, we only have a limited amount of time to edit or cancel your order. Send an email to info@mismis.com.my and we’ll try our best to help you out.
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Once you obtain the tracking number, let it 24 hours to update, and then you may trace your order’s progress to you.
If your delivery has been marked as delivered but isn’t on your doorstep, please contact us at info@mismis.com.my and we’ll assist you in finding it!
Shipping
We ship with Pigeon,Ninja Van, Pos laju & DHL.
We do not currently provide expedited shipping; however, if you need to check on the status of your order, please email us at info@mismis.com.my
Within one business day after receiving your order, it will be processed. Then, after it’s out the door, we’ll mail it and send you the tracking number. Once you receive your tracking number, give it 24-48 hours to update, and Mismis will be on its way to your home the next day!
