SHIPPING RATES AND POLICIES

Update to Shipping rates – Prices effective April 3, 2023

We always ship your packages within 24-48 hours (business days only) for in-stock items.

WHAT IS THE COST OF SHIPPING?

At MISMIS®, we believe in charging only the actual shipping costs and do not increase prices to cover shipping expenses. The shipping rates we use are based on the discounted Easyparcel rates and are determined by the exact weight of your order, which is calculated at the time of checkout.

SHIPPING TO Peninsular Malaysia

You can choose one of this option:

• Poslaju (Pick Up) [3-5 working day(s)]
• Pgeon Paperless (Door to Door) [3-5 working day(s)]

However, usually the product will last less than 3 days.

SHIPPING TO SABAH/SARAWAK

We suggest the best option is Pgeon via Teleport or DHLeC.

Easyparcel has advised delivery times of 3 to 4 business days. (Not including customs)

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping is not currently available.
